Allison will be speaking about encouragement in the gaming community. Both the encouragement she has received during her career and what we, as a community can do to encourage others. Encouragement can make all the difference for women who are interested in working in the video game industry and to help retain women already working in the industry. Over time this can help to reshape the industry. Additionally, Allison will address matters about the inner workings of a AAA game development studio and about Independent game development.
