Oral Histories

The Lawrence University Archives began an oral history program in 2006, to broaden and enrich our documentation of student, faculty, and staff life at both Lawrence and Milwaukee-Downer College. Since that time, many oral history interviews have been conducted with Lawrence and Milwaukee-Downer faculty, staff, and alumni. Both audio recordings and written transcripts are available with the interviews below.
