Abstract

This presentation addressed the history of the consolidation between Lawrence College and Milwaukee-Downer College in 1964, including how and why it happened and the impacts of the consolidation in the years since. It was delivered to an audience of mostly Milwaukee-Downer alumnae and Lawrence alumni during Reunion Weekend, 2014, to commemorate the 50^th anniversary of the consolidation.
