Abstract
Recruiting a diverse student body is an essential step in the process of creating an inclusive campus community that prepares students to be educated and engaged citizens. We will explore trends in higher education related to recruiting students from underrepresented groups on college campuses, using Lawrence’s admissions as a case study.
