Artist Statement
I’ve always had a fixation on dreams, the way they bend and twist our memories, always seeming chaotic yet normalized. When I wake from dreams, they appear scrambled as their emotional uncanniness seeps into my psyche. Subjective at their core dreams act like foggy mirrors of the viewer’s experience. As dreams fade, they get patched together creating meaning and cohesion from noise; it's in that creation of meaning that our reflection is found.
