Artist Statement
Untitled (Membrane) weaves together and transforms commonplace materials to create anon-representational entity. The work propagates the repetition of minimal shapes, fluidity, layering, and interchangeability of form. Despite the nature of its materials, the work is able to significantly occupy physical space. Untitled (Membrane) prefers cold, dim environments and is 98% recyclable.
